Hazel Luton Award for Staff Excellence
Created in 2017 by Dr. John Kittrell (D.D.S. Class of 1982), this award will recognize and reward outstanding service to students by staff members (not faculty) in the VCU School of Dentistry and VCU Dental Care. The award was created in appreciation of the 42 years of service by the late Hazel Luton who provided unsurpassed care to generations of dental students.
